Vacation is calling you to our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with outrageous sunset views over the marsh. The neighborhood dock is the perfect place to launch a kayak or cast a line. Directly across the street is a small boardwalk that leads right to the beach. Best of both worlds? We think so!
Welcome to Surf City
Surf City, NC is the oldest of three cities located on Topsail Island (around here we call it Topsul’). The island is a combination of wetlands, marshes, and miles of pristine white sandy beaches.
Surf City has a family-friendly, small-town atmosphere perfect for comfortable living and continuous playing. The marsh and the beach are a short walk from each other, it’s really the best of both worlds.

“Look no further, Jordan’s home is the ideal vacation location and home. Unreal sunset views, beach access within a 3 minute walk, EVERY amenity you could need to cook a four course meal, the most cozy and comfy beds/rooms, recreational items for toddlers and grandparents and everyone in between. From bikes, helmets, kayaks, toys, TVs, games, sound system, grill, cooking utensils galore, to the most luxurious couches and beds, this place has it all. Surf city is the best beach town with a great coffee shop, brewery, grocery stores, ice cream shop all within 5 minute drive.
